Crispin played a pivotal role in the acquisition of UtilityTeam and Beond Group’s combined energy supply-side services, strengthening eEnergy Group as a Net Zero-as-a- Service partner. Previous roles include at Dixons Carphone, Duke Street, and Royal Bank Equity Finance (both private equity investment businesses) and PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
