With over 15 years of entrepreneurial success, Harvey excels at turning vision into reality. He founded The Hot Group Plc (THG) in 2000, taking it public and revolutionising the online recruitment market through strategic acquisitions.
At eEnergy, Harvey’s mission extends beyond profit. He’s passionate about nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and empowering his team to make a real difference. Especially committed to net zero in education, he views schools as the cradle of future sustainability.
Outside of work, Harvey is a devoted father, avid skier, and cyclist, with an inclusive leadership style driven by a deep commitment to positive impact.
Crispin brings over 20 years of finance, strategy, and investment expertise to his role as CFO at eEnergy. He’s been pivotal in shaping eEnergy’s direction and mission to lead in Net Zero-as-a-Service. In Q1 2024, Crispin played a key role in the acquisition, integration, and sale of UtilityTeam and Beond Group to DCC, allowing eEnergy to focus on high-growth opportunities in energy efficiency and renewables.
Crispin’s career includes senior roles at Dixons Carphone, Duke Street, and Royal Bank Equity Finance. Starting as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, his private equity and strategic finance background drives growth and innovation in complex markets.
At eEnergy, Crispin is dedicated to building a financially strong, agile organisation that leads in sustainability and makes a lasting impact in the energy sector.
Nick brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the lighting and energy sectors as our Chief Operating Officer. Since joining, he has played a vital role in steering the company’s operations across Energy Reduction, Solar Generation, EV Charging, and IoT Smart Metering. Previously, Nick led Feilo Sylvania’s most profitable division and drove scalable growth at CED Electrical Group.
Known for his commitment to developing people and fostering strong teams, Nick ensures eEnergy delivers exceptional service to its clients. His expertise in operations and passion for innovation continue to drive the company’s growth and success.
Outside of work, Nick is a family man, married with three boys and two dogs. A rugby enthusiast, he supports Bath Rugby and enjoys spending weekends outdoors with his family. A former skydiver, Nick now enjoys fitness and countryside activities, always embracing challenges with his personal philosophy: “Serve to lead.”
Abi, our Chief People Officer, brings over 15 years of HR and organisational leadership experience. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture that prioritises growth, communication, and employee engagement. Abi’s expertise in business psychology and leadership coaching helps her foster an environment where employees thrive, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to eEnergy’s success. Her dedication to developing talent and improving internal communication has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth.
At home, Abi’s world is full of energy, thanks to her two young boys, whom she affectionately calls ‘hooligans.’ As a certified laughter yoga coach, she enjoys helping others achieve wellness through laughter, a passion that aligns with her approach to creating a positive workplace. Abi also enjoys tennis and is a strong advocate for environmental sustainability.

Neil is an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as our Chief Sales Officer. Known for driving growth and delivering a standout client experience, Neil has a rich background, having led the shift from print to online recruitment at EMAP and scaled operations as Managing Director at Moneyexpert.
Since joining eEnergy, Neil has been pivotal in helping clients achieve energy savings, particularly in the public sector. He thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building high-performing teams. As the former MD of eCharge, he brings deep expertise in scaling sales operations.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys coaching and playing football, supporting Manchester United since he was five. His competitive spirit extends to tennis, badminton, and weightlifting. A proud father of three and stepfather of two, Neil cherishes family time and travel, especially to Italy.
Neil believes in discipline, teamwork, and maintaining confidence. His mantra: Work hard, stay humble, and always have a plan.
Kira is the Executive Assistant to Harvey Sinclair, CEO and Co-Founder of eEnergy. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and strategic thinking, Kira plays a crucial role in ensuring Harvey can focus on what matters most: leading eEnergy toward its ambitious goals.
Working closely with the entire Executive Team, Kira is the linchpin that keeps the company running smoothly, connecting with all levels of the organisation and coordinating with strategic partners and agencies.
Kira’s role goes beyond traditional administrative support; she is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, making sure that Harvey is always in tune with the pulse of the company. Her dedication and ability to manage complex tasks make her an invaluable member of the eEnergy family, ensuring that the CEO stays connected to his people and commitments.
Olive Burbridge
Chief Morale Officer
Meet Olive, our office Labrador and Chief Morale Officer! With a passion for food (especially treats), Olive takes her job of spreading joy very seriously. When she’s not hard at work greeting colleagues with tail wags and snuggles, she’s the star player on Team “Office Paws,” excelling at Fetch and Tug—she always plays to win!
Motivated by the sound of a treat bag and a good belly rub, Olive enjoys a well-balanced work-life schedule. Outside of the office, she’s a fan of swimming, digging holes, and sunbathing in the garden. On weekends, Olive loves long walks with her humans, keeping her nose to the ground and her tail wagging. A fun fact? She can smell a tennis ball from a mile away!
Her proudest accomplishment? Getting promoted to Chief Morale Officer, of course! Olive’s personal philosophy: “Life’s too short to chase your tail.” Keep those belly rubs coming!
Sales and Marketing
Daniel brings over 16 years of experience in the energy sector and is our Commercial Education Director. Passionate about making Net Zero both achievable and profitable, he plays a pivotal role in driving the education sector towards eliminating energy waste. Daniel is committed to helping schools reduce energy consumption and achieve sustainability goals without upfront costs, making a real difference for both the planet and their budgets.
Starting his career as a telemarketer, Daniel has risen through the ranks to leadership roles, including running his own business and securing major clients like Saga and DFS. His focus on aligning sales, operations, and marketing ensures clients receive exceptional service while contributing to Net Zero targets.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys watching his children, Chase and Scarlet, excel in sports. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he follows Manchester United, the LA Lakers, and the Dallas Cowboys. His personal mantra is simple: “Work hard, play hard.”
Lindsey is our experienced Account Director in the North East, helping schools and colleges across the UK achieve energy efficiency and reduce their carbon footprints. She specialises in upgrading lighting systems to LED, exploring solar PV, and introducing EV charging options—all without upfront costs. Her expertise allows schools to save money from day one while supporting sustainability.
With a strong background in sales leadership, Lindsey excels at building customer relationships and driving sustainability efforts that benefit both the environment and finances.
Outside of work, Lindsey is a fitness enthusiast, competing in the Hyrox World Series of Fitness and holding the British record for the 100m SkiERG in her age group. Weekends are spent with her family and training. Her mantra: “Give everything a go and give it your all,” reflects her drive in both her professional and personal life.”
Chris is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience across business development, strategic partnerships, and operational management. As our Corporate Development Director, he is passionate about driving the company’s mission to make Net Zero a reality. Chris focuses on delivering energy-efficient “as-a-Service” solutions, such as lighting, solar PV, smart metering, and EV charging, helping clients reduce energy waste and achieve sustainability goals profitably.
With a proven track record in both blue-chip companies and start-ups, Chris combines visionary leadership with hands-on project management. He has led large teams and managed complex projects, always maintaining a client-focused and collaborative approach. His work at eEnergy has been instrumental in saving clients millions annually through energy-efficient solutions.
Outside of work, Chris continues to innovate within the clean tech space through his own ventures, always seeking ways to deliver value and drive positive environmental impact.
Mark is an accomplished business development and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. As our Strategic Development Director, he’s dedicated to driving the decarbonisation of the education sector and wider public estate across the UK and Ireland. Mark is passionate about helping schools reduce energy waste and achieve Net Zero, drawing on his extensive experience in leading multi-million-pound capital projects, including the largest school build programme in the UK during his time at Milton Keynes Council.
A trusted advisor to organisations like the Department for Education and RIBA, Mark has developed innovative solutions like ‘School Zero,’ helping schools cut energy costs and carbon emissions. His ability to foster strategic partnerships has been key to eEnergy’s continued growth and impact.
On a personal note, Mark is a devoted husband and father of three grown children—Eliza, Maxwell, and Joe. He enjoys playing golf, is a proud MK Dons season ticket holder, and loves to travel, mixing city breaks with beach holidays. His mantra? “Work hard and be nice to people,” a philosophy he applies both in his professional and personal life.
David is our passionate Account Director, dedicated to transforming schools and workplaces with energy-saving solutions. With over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, and a particular focus on lighting for the past 7 years, David is driven by the positive impact his work has on reducing carbon emissions and modernising buildings. His expertise in LED lighting, solar power, and EV charging helps organisations save on energy costs while contributing to their Net Zero goals.
Originally from France, David’s journey into the energy industry began with a degree in Environmental Science, where his focus on climate change fueled his ambition to make a difference. He is especially proud of the large-scale projects he’s led, including a university-wide lighting upgrade that continues to be one of his favorite achievements.
Outside of work, David is a music enthusiast, playing both guitar and drums, and enjoys discovering new artists. He spends weekends with his wife and two boys, exploring the British countryside. His personal philosophy? “No half measures. Do everything with conviction!”—a motto that drives both his professional success and his approach to life.
Vicki is our Head of Sales Operations, dedicated to exceeding strategic goals and delivering exceptional results. She plays a key role in driving business growth and ensuring smooth operational processes through her expertise in sales strategies and team leadership. Vicki has successfully facilitated Salesforce migrations, managing both sales support and technical teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Outside of work, Vicki’s adventurous spirit shines—she once travelled solo for two years around the world. Initially aspiring to be a professional dancer, she competed in championship kickboxing before starting her career in IT. A lover of wildlife, she’s passionate about netball and strength training, and enjoys time with her family and training dogs. As a qualified canine behaviourist, Vicki’s drive to succeed is fuelled by those around her, with a personal philosophy that emphasises collaboration and positivity.
Duncan has over 7 years of experience in the energy industry, following a career switch from retail, where he spent over two decades specialising in data-driven B2B marketing and customer loyalty. Now, our Marketing Director, he focuses on helping organisations accelerate their path to Net Zero by developing innovative strategies.
Outside of work, Duncan enjoys an active lifestyle, from hiking and cycling to playing padel tennis. He’s also a huge sports fan, supporting Crystal Palace, and enjoys watching rugby and cricket. Duncan is adjusting to life as an empty nester after celebrating his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife, Trudy.
A fan of Mick Herron’s Slough House books, Duncan balances his active life with moments of relaxation. His proudest accomplishment is completing the Macmillan Mighty Hike, raising funds for charity. He believes in teamwork, collaboration, and never shying away from a challenge.
Karol has been with eEnergy for over six years, playing a key role in helping schools and businesses transition to energy-efficient solutions. He focuses on delivering LED lighting, Solar as a Service, and other renewable solutions with no upfront cost, ensuring clients unlock savings from day one. His expertise has contributed to completing over 1,100 energy-efficient upgrades, including more than 850 schools, saving significant carbon emissions and millions in energy costs.
Passionate about sustainability, Karol prides himself on delivering tailored solutions that help organisations achieve their environmental and financial goals. His hands-on approach and commitment to his clients have helped many schools and businesses take significant steps toward a greener future.
Outside of work, Karol is dedicated to his community, continuously seeking ways to support local sustainability initiatives.
Commercial Operations
Shaun brings 15 years of experience in the solar industry to his role, having been part of the UK solar sector since its inception in 2010. He has developed some of the largest privately-owned solar arrays, including London’s largest at the time (1MW in 2015). Passionate about thriving, not just surviving, Shaun is driven by taking projects from conception to completion efficiently.
Personally, Shaun is engaged to his fiancée, Heather, with two daughters, Beth and Abby. A football, F1, and UFC enthusiast, he supports Man United, follows Lewis Hamilton, and admires Conor McGregor. Growing up as an Army-brat, Shaun attended 10 schools by the time he was 16. His weekends are often spent with family or friends, beer in hand.
A fun fact? He was an extra in the Inbetweeners Movie. Recently, he lost 7 stone between October 2023 and June 2024. His mantra: “Hard work beats talent if talent doesn’t work hard,” and he leads by example, always working from the front.
Chris is our Operations Director, with over 25 years of experience in the lighting industry. A hands-on leader, he has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a “can-do” attitude across his teams. Throughout his career, Chris has taken pride in building strong, efficient teams that deliver safe, profitable, and customer-focused projects. From managing multi-million-pound contracts to overseeing large-scale LED rollouts, Chris is known for his ability to handle complex operations with ease.
Before joining eEnergy, Chris held senior roles at Primesight and Mitie, where he successfully managed contracts for retail lighting maintenance and energy-saving projects. His first LED project was a conversion of 200 shops for a large pharmacy chain in 2009, and he has since led numerous high-profile projects, including a challenging 150-store rollout for Sports Direct.
Outside of work, Chris is a family man, engaged and proud of his three children, with one son currently on trial at Arsenal. A Tottenham fan, he enjoys carp fishing, walking the dog, and unwinding at country pubs. A fun fact about Chris? He once cycled from Kent to Paris and back at the age of 14 and even auditioned for a boy band—though his singing didn’t quite hit the mark!
Chris lives by the mantra: “There are always two sides to a story,” a philosophy that has guided him throughout his career in building collaborative, cohesive teams.
Steve is our Solar Operations Director, accomplished Renewable Energy Executive with over 25 years of experience leading projects across the UK, USA, Europe, MENA, and APAC. His expertise spans Solar PV, Onshore Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), where he has successfully driven projects from origination and development through to financial close and operational execution. With a proven track record in managing P&L responsibilities, Steve has led utility-scale renewable energy construction projects and ensured their long-term operational success.
Before joining eEnergy, Steve served as Managing Director and Founding Partner of Three Eight Six LLC, overseeing project budgets and development strategies across global markets. His leadership roles at companies such as Sun In Motion and MAP Energy Solutions highlight his strategic prowess in growing businesses and optimizing operations for continued success.
In addition to his technical expertise, Steve is known for his ability to lead teams and drive strategic growth initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy from Cranfield University and has completed executive education in Strategic Finance from IMD.
Outside of work, Steve is passionate about driving the renewable energy transition and is always eager to explore innovative solutions to accelerate the world’s journey towards a sustainable future. His combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership experience makes him a key figure in the global renewable energy sector.
Lawrence is our Technical Solutions Director, with over 23 years of experience in building services and lighting design. A highly skilled engineer, Lawrence has a deep expertise in AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and LEED, making him a driving force behind energy-efficient solutions for buildings. With a degree in Building Services from London South Bank University, Lawrence is passionate about utilizing technology and design to contribute to the fight against climate change.
Before joining eEnergy, Lawrence held senior technical roles at companies like Cree, Weblight, and AECOM, where he successfully led projects focused on sustainable lighting solutions. His favorite project to date was the Frederick Hiam project for eEnergy, a testament to his commitment to creating solutions that are both technically advanced and environmentally conscious.
Outside of work, Lawrence is a dedicated family man, with two children aged 13 and 10. A passionate NFL fan, Lawrence supports the Dallas Cowboys and enjoys playing tennis and squash in his free time. He’s also known for his love of movies, with “Dr. Strangelove” being a personal favorite.
Lawrence’s personal philosophy is simple: “When we find a problem, let’s work hard to find a solution.” He firmly believes in teamwork and creating a collaborative environment where success thrives through shared effort. His ability to blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving makes him an invaluable leader in the push toward a more sustainable future.
Ronan is our Commercial Operations Director for Ireland, bringing over 14 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, from telecommunications to renewable energy. Known for his performance-driven approach, Ronan excels in developing business strategies, optimising sales operations, and leading high-performing teams. His expertise spans both start-ups and large multinationals, where he’s consistently exceeded targets and delivered operational excellence.
At eEnergy, Ronan plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and supporting its mission to make Net Zero achievable for schools and businesses through innovative energy solutions. His hands-on leadership style and ability to foster strong client relationships have been instrumental in eEnergy’s success in energy efficiency and sustainability.
Outside of work, Ronan thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about tackling new challenges. He’s recognised for his creative problem-solving abilities and commitment to replicating success across different industries. His personal philosophy? “Lead with integrity, embrace new opportunities, and never stop learning.
Wayne is one of the longest-serving team members at eEnergy, having joined Harvey a decade ago at Energy Works. Wayne has been instrumental in the development of eEnergy, driving the deployment of LED lighting and solar projects across multiple sectors and environments. With 24 years in the electrical engineering and energy services sector, Wayne has held various positions and helped support the growth of Lighting, EV charging, and solar as a service within eEnergy. He has a proven track record of delivering solutions for high-profile single and multi-site clients, focused on sustainability and decarbonisation targets.
Outside of work, Wayne is passionate about his family and providing his children with opportunities to explore the world. He’s an avid cyclist, competing in both road and mountain biking races. His weekends are often spent outdoors with his family, enjoying the natural world. Wayne’s personal mantra is, “Keep moving forwards,” believing that steady progress leads to success. He’s a strong advocate for teamwork, believing that collaboration helps solve problems and achieve great things.
