eEnergy is pleased to announce three key promotions within the business as we continue to strengthen our leadership team and accelerate growth across the Education and Public Sector markets.

Chris Poulton has been promoted from Operations Director to Chief Operations Officer, overseeing delivery across our LED Lighting and EV Charging divisions. Chris has been instrumental in shaping our operational excellence, driving efficiencies, and ensuring our projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. His leadership continues to be central to eEnergy’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Mark Dolling has been promoted to Chief Partnership Officer, where he will continue to build strategic relationships across the Public Sector—particularly within Education and Healthcare—as the UK Government increases its investment in decarbonisation. Mark will also provide strategic advice and thought leadership to help organisations accelerate their Net Zero journey. His promotion follows eEnergy’s selection as preferred supplier to deliver the Great British Energy Solar Partnership (GBESP) for the Midlands, a successful bid that Mark was instrumental in leading.

As eEnergy deepens its focus on supporting the Education sector, Lindsey Brown has been appointed Head of Independent Schools. Lindsey will provide dedicated support to Independent Schools as they navigate increasing financial pressures and seek to reinvest savings back into learning environments. Over recent years, Lindsey has helped deliver transformational lighting and solar projects for schools including Strathallan School, Ampleforth College, Bootham School, Morrison’s Academy, Scarborough College, and Cheadle Hulme School—each achieving substantial reductions in energy use, carbon emissions, and operating costs.

These promotions reflect eEnergy’s continued investment in leadership and expertise as we expand our role in helping organisations eliminate energy waste, generate renewable power, and make Net Zero possible and profitable.

Harvey Sinclair, CEO of eEnergy, commented:

These promotions are a testament to the hard work, passion, and commitment that Chris, Mark, and Lindsey have shown to both our customers and our mission. Each has played a pivotal role in driving eEnergy forward—delivering real impact through exceptional service, strong partnerships, and innovative energy solutions. I’m proud to see their leadership recognised as we continue to grow and help more organisations make Net Zero possible and profitable.
