Dan is a senior commercial real estate specialist with 30 years’ experience helping landlords, investors and developers unlock value from their estates. At eEnergy, he leads our commercial strategy for the real estate sector, structuring renewable energy, EV charging and energy storage projects that cut carbon, reduce costs and enhance asset performance.
Before joining eEnergy, Dan held senior roles at Syzygy, Savills, Catella, Gresham Down Capital Partners and CBRE. He has worked across investment, development and advisory, leading complex transactions and programmes for UK and international clients. Known for rigorous due diligence and creative problem solving, he brings together technical, legal and financial stakeholders to get challenging deals over the line.
Dan is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
Dan’s focus is always on building long-term partnerships. He understands the pressures facing asset owners—from regulatory drivers and net zero commitments to tenant expectations—and designs commercially robust solutions that deliver both financial and ESG returns.
He holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Land Management from the University of Reading. Colleagues and clients value his calm, collaborative style and his ability to translate complex issues into clear, commercially grounded decisions.
He’s an avid rugby fan who now takes most pleasure in watching his sons play at their local club, and when he’s not on the touchline he’s a keen surfer and triathlete – though his golf remains stubbornly average.
