Our Chief People Officer, Louisa Gregory, shared the following on the importance of International Women’s Day 2023.

“International Women’s Day is a day for celebrating and championing the achievements and contribution of women, globally.

It’s also a day for reflection and an opportunity to recognise that despite the important gains in representation that have been achieved in recent years, there is still work to be done in ensuring gender equality in the workplace.

We are a business which prides itself on transparency. As such, we know that the 31% of colleagues within eEnergy that are women is still a long way off from where we want it to be.

We’re committed to making progress on this to ensure more female representation within our organisation and to continue working alongside industry to help attract more women into the energy sector.”
