Shay Corby

Shay is a key part of our lighting team, delivering projects from start to finish and ensuring every installation runs smoothly from initial planning through to completion.

With almost nine years’ experience in the lighting industry, Shay has worked for two leading lighting manufacturers, delivering projects across the UK and France. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including education, retail, the NHS, self-storage, abbeys and churches, giving her a broad understanding of the different requirements and challenges that come with each project.

Shay’s strengths lie in customer service, communication and relationship building. Having worked across every area of the project lifecycle, she understands how different teams and departments need to work together to deliver projects to a high standard. Her career progression reflects this experience — starting as a Project Coordinator, progressing to Programme Manager and ultimately achieving her goal of becoming a Project Manager through hard work and determination.

Outside of work, Shay is passionate about health and fitness and can often be found at the gym or out walking her dogs. She also loves travelling and has explored destinations around the world, including spending two months travelling across Southeast Asia. Thailand is currently her favourite country.
