Lexi, our EV, Warranties & Aftercare Administrator, is responsible for coordinating EV charging installations and managing the ongoing operation, maintenance, warranties and aftercare across EV charging, Solar PV and lighting contracts. With a year’s experience working for a contractor specialising in EV, LED and solar installations, they bring valuable industry knowledge to the role. Her previous customer-facing experience has also helped them develop strong communication and customer service skills.
