Abi, our Chief People Officer, brings over 15 years of HR and organisational leadership experience. She is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture where people can grow, communicate and thrive. Her background in business psychology and leadership coaching supports her focus on developing talent and building strong teams.

Outside of work, Abi is kept busy by her two young boys, affectionately known as her ‘hooligans’. She is also a strong advocate for environmental sustainability and enjoys spending time with her family.
