Cass Swallow appointed CMO

We’re proud to announce the appointment of Cass Swallow as Chief Marketing Officer at eEnergy.

Cass first joined the business in 2021 as a contractor on a short-term brand assignment — but quickly recognised the scale of the opportunity ahead. He went to work combining five disparate brands under a single, bold identity. In 2022, eEnergy was launched with a clear purpose — Unleashing Net Zero — and has since become recognised as one of the UK’s top five B2B energy services brands.

Since then, Cass has built a marketing engine that consistently delivers investment-grade sales leads and measurable commercial outcomes — surpassing expectations and helping drive the company’s rapid growth. He has led the development of an integrated marketing and communications strategy, and has also been instrumental in shaping and embedding eEnergy’s ESG commitments.

Beyond building a high-performing marketing team and managing our in-house and agency partners, Cass has been challenged to lead the development of an industry-leading customer experience — one that aligns every touchpoint with our mission to make Net Zero both possible and profitable for all organisations.
