The challenge
The Oratory Roman Catholic Primary School was keen to explore ways to become a more environmentally friendly school – and we were keen to help! With energy prices increasing they were also looking to save money too.
We needed to work closely with Birmingham City Council and have our operating lease approved to proceed with the project as the school is a local-authority-maintained education provider.
The solution
We provided the school with a comprehensive proposal that outlined the cost savings they could expect to achieve based on their current energy costs – £27,791 over ten years.
The project will also deliver 54tCO2 in carbon emissions over the next ten years.
