The council has entered into an agreement with Beond to utilise their innovative eAuction platform to procure the Councils’ gas and electricity supply contracts for the upcoming 2022 renewal. The Council will use this software platform to source the most competitive supply contracts on the market for schools that wish to procure as part of the Councils’ group arrangement.

The eAuction will also be made accessible to schools who wish to contract directly with the energy supply market, giving you choice to leverage the buying power of the Council, or to agree an energy supply contract independently.
